Capital increase of €22M in June 2016 to fund the company’s expansion plan subscribed by Diana Capital II along with a group of co-investors related to Diana Capital, in co-investment with existing shareholders.

Growth potential thanks to the good prospects of the solar photovoltaic technology and to a solid portfolio of projects for the coming years all around the world, especially in North America, LatAm, Asia and Middle East. Diana Capital II’s capital increase will help Gransolar access more projects without the need for a third party.
